The devastating earthquake that struck southern Turkey and northern Syria on February 6, 2023, has caused widespread damage and loss of life. International aid is urgently needed to provide life-saving support to those impacted by this catastrophic event.
In response, Islamic Relief Canada and Kincardine Islamic Centre are hosting an emergency fundraiser dinner on Sunday, March 8th at Whitney Crawford Community Center in Kincardine. The event is FREE and includes dinner, with all donations going towards supporting those affected by the earthquake.
Islamic Relief Canada has teams on the ground in both Turkey and Syria, providing life-saving aid such as food packs, temporary winter shelter kits, medical aid, and water to those impacted by the earthquake.
