We are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging, spiritual growth, and understanding of Islam through daily prayers at our local Masjid and community programs.
In the early days, we used to meet for prayers at individual homes on a rotating basis.
In 2010-11, the Kincardine Islamic Library was located in a brother's basement.
As the community grew, we started gathering weekly at the Davidson Centre.
In 2012, we started to explore a permanent location and setting up an organization.
United Church was the place for our weekly meetings & Islamic School Classes.
Kincardine Islamic Centre moves into 969 Queen Street to establish our Masjid.
Kincardine Islamic Centre registers as a non-profit organization.
Kincardine Islamic Centre application for charitable status is approved by CRA.
